  I quite literally had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had a lot over recent years due to headaches). Donna was incredible. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was so sweet. She didn’t know this, but I came in with a terrible headache, as I suffer almost daily due to tension. She spent time working out the knots in my shoulders and neck, and I walked out with no headache. I swear she has magic fingers. I knew that if I didn’t share her name, then I would be doing a disservice to the rest of the area who suffers from similar symptoms, or anyone for that matter. Donna is the best of the best! I will definitely be back and Donna will be the person I see from here on out.

  I work 2nd shift, 12 hour nights. I try to schedule my appointments at a time later in the morning but with enough time to get to my career on time. Today I struggled getting up and had an appointment at 10am. Called at 11am to find out that massage envy still took my money 75$ for a massage, that I NEVER received. The only reason why I have this membership is because my nuro doctor told me that this would help my herniated L4-L5 because of a car accident I was in. Playing with customers money and taking things when they make honest mistakes, in my eyes is pretty unfair towards the customer. Sydney was no help as all. I asked her for a manager and instead she put me on hold for 2-5 seconds, then continued on the phone with me. Never getting a manager that I ask to speak too. She refused to help me as a customer and fulfill her duties as a massage envy employee. I am canceling my membership and will be finding better customer service at the next place I decide to give my money too. Thank you for taking my money and not helping me when I’m in physical in pain. My therapist who I was late to this weekend because of the same thing was able to waive her late fees and help me out. Pretty sad to see a corporate place taken from those who are doing this for their own health issues, massage envy has the worst customer care I have ever seen. Would suggest not using this location. They don’t care about the person and only the money.

  Hands down the BEST place to go for a massage!! Max is my preferred masseuse because of his knowledge pertaining to the muscles and how to implement the massage based on the my problem areas. He is by far the most skilled masseuse I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve had my fair share. You’re missing out if you don’t give him or The Now a chance. Also, best receptionists in the game! Shout out to this location for being my favorite place to visit every month.

  I booked a 50-minute massage with Max and he did a fantastic job. My muscles were extremely tight from long flights and spending hours at the computer for work, and he worked through all of the tension with skill and care. I left feeling completely refreshed and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend Max if you’re looking for someone who really knows how to address tight, overworked muscles!

  This was my first time at a NOW location. I received an 80 minute deep tissue massage from Donna and she was absolutely fantastic. One of the best massages I’ve had in awhile. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the unique environment here but it was very relaxing. Already can’t wait to go back and see her! Additionally, I had a billing issue which I didn’t see until the next day, due to a small miscommunication. I called and they handled the issue quickly and appropriately.
