They’re standing there like chicken without heads, not pain in any attention to the gas that come in to look for items they don’t greet you they don’t recognize you. It is the worst store in Illinois. Schaumburg is the best Michigan avenue is top of the bus but Naperville it’s bad don’t bother. They don’t even recognize you. They don’t put any attention. They’re too busy chatting.

They’re happy to recommend products, explain ingredients, and show you the latest launches. Plus, it’s always fun to browse the testers and discover something new.
- NNNoreenNov 29, 20253.0The store itself is fine (can be crowded but given the location it is to be expected) but it usually has all the products I need. Do the staff here have incentives / targets? Any other Sephora store back home in Europe don’t usually have like 5-6 staff in your face every few minutes and tend to leave you alone especially if you have AirPods on. If I need help, I would’ve asked it. Here, I feel that the staff can be too much and will give you some side eye action bc I don’t require their help - happened a couple of times over the past few years I’ve visited. This time round was just so annoying and can come across as insincere customer service.
