- MLMargarette Lawless2 days ago1.0Anytime I walk into this story I feel like the staff are like wolves preying upon a helpless animal. My goodness, I walked in and not even 5 minutes goes by and over 5 people wanting to help me. This is one of many reasons why store shopping is down. If I need help, I will ask. I spent more time tell in the staff I didn’t need help than shopping. I am so uncomfortable in that store and do t even want to browse. I grabbed my few things that cost almost $100 and would have spent more, but they made it difficult.

A special shout-out to the amazing associate who helped me choose the perfect eyeliner. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took her time to explain the differences between the products. On top of that, she even helped me apply my discount, which was such a nice surprise. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves helping customers, and she absolutely made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely come back because of her wonderful service!
