- PEPeg Watson Ebert2 days ago1.0I went in to the store. I was greeted by several clerks but want something from the Charlotte Tilbury line. A clerk was working the CT line. She was finishing up with a customer and said she’d be right with me. Then a young gal with 2 pups walked in and the clerk started working with her as I stood there. The clerk even said to me I could be her audience. After 15 minutes of her helping the other customer who clearly came in after me and had no appointment, I left. I am very disappointed in the service by this clerk. It was the day before my birthday too.

- SSSangeeta5 days ago1.0terrible experience with gift card. i received a gift card from a friend on my birthday. at home, i checked on sephora.com, and it showed the gift card balance. the moment i took the same card to the store, it showed $0 in the store. the card has not physically gone away from my possesion between this time. calling customer service 2x was of no help. i dont trust the security aspects of sephora.com anymore.
