- KKKristenFeb 16, 20261.0Really disappointed. We went for an initial piercing and we were very happy with the service. Everyone was very kind and helpful for my six-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. However, we returned about a month later because the back of her ear didn’t look right. We went on a Sunday and they were pretty busy, but during the initial appointment, they said we could stop by for them to check on her ears. The girl behind the counter, glanced at her ear and said everything was fine. They recommended buying some more earrings which we did. A month later, her ear was still not healed. We ended up going to urgent care with an infection. Apparently she has thicker earlobes and the Rowan earrings are too small. I feel like the follow up appointment should have identified that the earring was too small for her ear when we asked for help. We ended up buying over $100 worth of earrings which she can’t even use. Each time a staff member recommended the earrings for her. Supposedly they have knowledgeable staff. Someone should have identified that she needed a longer posted earring. I am not happy with the service here overall. It led to an urgent care visit and over a hundred dollar of earrings that don’t fit.

They were all very attentive and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision about my piercing. I've gotten other piercings before at other places, and I've used their aftercare, but I really liked that this place had their own. Since I've gotten pierced I haven't had any issues at all, which is sometimes a rarity. Really happy with the overall experience :)
