  I stopped in to pick up a new tube of my go-to lipstick and browse for a deep burgundy for the rest of winter. The lady working the floor tried to help me but the first lipstick she handed me was straight up purple. I repeated I was looking for burgundy & I was hoping to be left alone to look at the display at that point. She then tried to offer me three more lipsticks, which were all differing shades of dusty rose. I told her none of these were even remotely the right color and that I would just check out with the lipstick I came in for. When I was checking out, she went into the back and came out with her phone, texting instead of just waiting the extra 30 seconds until the transaction was over. MAC literally has a burgundy lip pencil, so I have no idea what this sales associate was doing. This is why I just buy from Ulta.

  This was my first experience with a MAC Makeup Artist and she was AMAZING! When I say that Shanda did an absolutely phenomenal job, I MEAN THAT SHE DID AN ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL JOB! I was celebrating my 65th Birthday and I didn't want a made up face look but a super natural look that more so accentuating my eyes. Shanda did exactly what I wanted... I was a little nervous and she kept telling me to trust the process... I did and take a look at her exceptional work!

  It was my first time in MAC, and I went because I was hoping to get guidance / expert advice on a new and updated makeup routine. Sofia helped me and she did an excellent job selecting products, applying to my face and explaining the techniques. She made me feel so comfortable as a 37 year old who hasn’t kept up with the trends and it was a fun experience! The store is beautiful and good energy! Highly recommend!

  Being fairly new to makeup and such, this MAC location is hands down one of the best I have been to. The stores cleanliness is exceptionally kept and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had the privilege of being help by the MAC artist Janessa and let me tell you, she was phenomenal! Her years of working as a makeup artist prior to working at MAC definitely shows. I expressed to Janessa I was searching for products that are lighter in coverage and I lean more towards the minimalist look. She took all my wants into consideration and found the exact products I needed. Her shade matching skills were remarkable, got it on the first try. Her best skills shined through when she proceeded with the application demo. She explained every step during process and even taught and showed me tips and tricks to try. I HIGHLY recommend checking this location out, more so ask for Janessa. 10/10 will not be disappointed.
