We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Then made it a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. I wish more stores had a Livy in there store. She has the best customer service and super warm and welcoming. We love our skincare, sugar lips and mascara! We plan on coming back soon for the soaps!

First off they didn’t even acknowledge me in the store not a hello or welcome nothing. Then as more WHITE PEOPLE came in I listened as they were greeted and helped as I walked around in the store invisible.Even when the store was empty except for me they still acted like I wasn’t in there. I came to spend money with them but I will keep my money. Maybe they need to do some education on how to treat everyone the same

I also had to pick up something for myself because THEYRE VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE!! Not only that they ADVOCATE BEING CRUELTY FREE!! I live about an hour and a half away but you bet I will come back and support Lush. Seriously in love with the people there and the bussiness. Both ethical and great products. Come in if you get a chance, a bit on the pricer side but I’d rather pay more for products that are handmade, vegan, and fights against animal testing vs products that are the same price and don’t stand for this. 2000000/10

I headed out to pick up my items, following all the instructions carefully. Imagine my disappointment when I was told they couldn't do curbside pickup due to staffing issues. Instead, I had to go inside, finding only three associates and one customer in the store. If I had known I’d need to go in, I could have planned differently. Curbside shoppers, take note—wish I had known this beforehand!
