Natalie did an excellent job with my haircut and beard touchup, she exceeded expectations. This has been the best haircut experience in a very long time. I always have some dissatisfaction after every haircut, but with this haircut and beard work I honestly cannot complain, 5 stars.

I went with my mom and sister to this salon, and what happened to them was beyond disappointing. Both stylists, Angelina and Sherry, showed a complete lack of professionalism.
My sister went in with very clear written instructions and photo references. Instead of following them, Angelina cut her bangs way too short and uneven, added disconnected layers, and ignored the style she had specifically asked for.
When my mom went back to have Sherry fix the cut, the situation only got worse. Sherry was dismissive, blamed my sister’s hair texture instead of admitting the haircut was done poorly, and tried to excuse Angelina by saying she was new and “everyone makes mistakes.” That might be true, but it should never be at the cost of someone’s hair. She wasn’t open to feedback and refused to take accountability.
On top of that, Sherry used water with a strong, moldy smell that left my mom’s scalp irritated and her hair with a terrible odor—it raised real concerns about hygiene and possible contamination. Even worse, when my mom asked her to give her space, Sherry physically grabbed her hand, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
The tools and brushes looked unclean, and during the second visit, Sherry didn’t even place a cape on my mom—she left with her clothes covered in hair.
This entire experience was especially painful because my sister has been dealing with health issues that caused significant hair loss, and she had been patiently waiting for her hair to grow back. Now it’s ruined. Her bangs are so short and uneven that it’ll take months to grow them out, not to mention the extra cost to fix the damage.
We tried calling the salon multiple times to speak to a manager but never got through.
We originally came to this salon hoping for a positive experience, but instead my mom and sister left with damaged hair, stress, and disappointment. I would never recommend this place, and I strongly urge others to think twice before going.
