She took a grand total of 6 minutes to hack it off, (and its crooked)didn't even part it first! She had to ask if my bangs needed trimmed. Then she rushed me out. Will let everyone I know about the terrible service. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the mess I've got now. To top it off, she sprayed a leave in conditioner in my hair to wet it, not just water for some reason, now my face and neck are broke out and burning. Next time ask if someone has allergies.

I wish I’d caught her name or understood what the problem was. Overall, I felt like the staff wanted nothing to do with me, and I will never return because of how uncomfortable the entire visit made me feel.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
