I don't know Claudia and I haven't been to the salon in a while, but I work alot and the appointment time fit my needs. I am not one to write reviews, but this is one of those times I think you should know about. Claudia totally hacked up my hair. It was no where near what I showed her I wanted. She tried to fix it and made it worse. Honestly I had to leave before I had a panic attack. I mean it is my hair!! How could I go to work, or anywhere at all without a wig. People were staring at me when I walked thru the store. That's how bad it was. Just ask any one in the waiting room. I called the salon when I got home and spoke with the manager who asked me to come back in and she would have a master designer fix it. I came back in and Maggie assured me she could fix it and she really did a great job. She was wonderful and so happy to take care of me. I think Maggie deserves a raise and Claudia should maybe stick to kids cuts. Please let Maggie know that I so appreciated what she did for me. Sincerely, Pam Carver
