I called head to ask about wait times was told to check in on the app, told them I was incapable of checking in the app for some reason she said okay I waited for alternative options such as less busy days, hours to come in, etc, to be offered because I wouldn't know what to ask, she said, okay two more times while I waited.And then hung up on me. Unprofessional. I don't do hair. Why would I know what to ask the consultant who knows about the business who's supposed to be selling it to me? I will not be recommending this location. Go see Bethany at Great Clips by Ross'. She's the coolest and my intro to her was watching her complete a first time haircut on a small child and as fussy as he was, she still did amazing and saved my experience with Great Clips. Where she goes I'll follow.

The stylist just “cut” literally just “cut” my hair without measurements which I can do the same at home and even better. Still had to pay $20, when I didn’t leave a tip i was completely ignored

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
