- AAAubreyMar 9, 20261.0i walked in to get a trim i put a lot of value in y length and maintenance which makes it very important to me. Ive been growing my hair to get past my butt, when i walked in my hair was almost down to my hip and the lady who decided to do my hair had short brown hair one of her eyes were lazy and eased to the side (no shade) actually all shade. When i was asked what i wanted the people i walked in with said in the back i wanted to keep as much length as possible and on top of that i said it as well and she acknowledged it. she sat me down and asked me how much i wanted off for the trim, i said an inch. She doesn't ask me anymore questions and just gets to cutting with even wetting it, knowing i cane in with my hair wavy so i speak up and say i also want to make sure i get a v-cut not a straight because i already had a v-cut. She cuts the back first and its already 2-3 inches off, she goes to the front and cuts about an inch and when i put my hair in the front i said the back is way shorter? and she doesnt say anything and gets right back to cutting, then proceeds to cut off 2 more inches in the front and then tells me to stand up and cuts another inch off the back “to make it even” first of all why was it an inch uneven in the first place? then when i commented saying “why is it so short” “its so short” repeatedly she claims “you needed it” i mean is there much to even say after that. This wasnt a miscommunication on my half this was purely bad service and terrible work. my hair is still uneven on the right side the front is a little longer. I will not be coming back and i cant say much either because getting hair cut off isn't something you can fix. all i can do is be devistated about the length i worked hard for. I hope you guys will do something about this because i take it very serious

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
