She and another girl were sitting in the dark back room on their phones and seemed annoyed people came in. It was 40 minutes until close- so we had time. She was not polite at all and had an attitude. I no longer felt comfortable having her cut my child’s hair and so I said no thank you we were leaving because it seemed like we were bothering her. She continued to be rude and unprofessional as we walked out. From outside we could see her continue to rant through the window. There are a lot of places to get a haircut in McHenry. I won’t ever bring my family back to a place with disrespectful ladies like this. The level of unprofessionalism from being on their phones in front of customers to the attitude to the annoyed behavior to having customers this place is a permanent no.
