As soon as I walked in, she noticed I had been waiting at the front desk and came over to check on me right away. Once I gave her my name, she immediately recognized my appointment and brought me back without any wait, which I really appreciated. The salon itself had a great atmosphere, and Lauren was incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about the look I wanted, including color, style, and balayage placement, and made sure we were aligned before getting started. She genuinely made me feel like more than just a client—it felt like she truly cared about getting to know me and creating something personalized. After my appointment, I realized I had declined a receipt, so I emailed the salon later that evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 5–10 minutes. Their promptness and professionalism really stood out. Overall, such a great experience—I look forward to my next appointment!
