I was a little scared by the amount of hair coming off, but it really wasn't much at all, she was just detailed on where to cut. I am very picky about my cuts and my blow dry's so I went home and did the blow-dry myself. She got the shape and layering perfect!! It is great that I finally found someone near by that can work with my hair! I will be returning! I give 4 stars not because of Linda B., she was great, but the checking in and out has always been an issue for me. The front desk is nice, but not very focused on customer service and accuracy.
- SRSol RodriguezSep 5, 20221.0I did not like how the checking out process went, I had my hair colored for the first time and I was quoted $90 by the stylist with glasses and when we were going to pay it bumped up to $130 out of nowhere! The stylist DID NOT communicate to me about adding anything extra to my hair and the cost of it, otherwise I would not have gotten my hair colored. It was very unprofessional that I wasn't told. I don't think I will be coming back here since they want to be slimy and not communicate.. bad hair stylist for not telling me.
