I always get the clipper with a #5 used on the back, and only on the back. The stylist this time started using it on the sides, I've never had anyone else do that! Needless to say, it was way too short and one side was shorter than the other! I complained on the website and they said they would forward to the owner of the business but I never heard a word. Seems like nobody cares about good customer service any more.
