    I went into Sephora to buy some items for my granddaughter for Christmas, and this young lady associate named Salma could not have been nicer very knowledgeable and very, very nice .. She definitely helped me through everything I needed and I would recommend going there and dealing with Salma.

    Definitely racist! Me, my 7 and 14 year old daughters were followed around the store the whole entire time, for what reason?! There were other customers in the store with us of different skin tone and I noticed, every time we went into a section, a worker made sure she was either in a section next to us, behind or in front of us. Everytime we moved, she moved LOL. I noticed that nobody else was followed or closely watched like us. We made our purchase and left. What I felt was interesting is the layout of the mall. This is a Sephora, in a kohls, in a mall. Where in the hell were we going to grab and dash to that quickly?!

    Jackie was absolutely amazing! She spent over an hour helping me pick out the perfect makeup, testing every shade on her hand to make sure it was just right for me. She was so patient, supportive and genuinely interested in making sure I left happy and confident with my choices. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you Jackie!
