    OMG what is up with the staff?! TERRIBLE energy here! Employees are so standoffish and one gave me the stank eye when I asked if they carried a certain brand there. I was tailed multiple times around the store and one employee peeked into my purse when she thought I wasn’t looking. It seems like customer service is not the right job for these ladies. Ulta isn’t the best either but they are actually try and be nice to patrons. Do better Sephora employees. Old orchard location is not that great either.

    Definitely racist! Me, my 7 and 14 year old daughters were followed around the store the whole entire time, for what reason?! There were other customers in the store with us of different skin tone and I noticed, every time we went into a section, a worker made sure she was either in a section next to us, behind or in front of us. Everytime we moved, she moved LOL. I noticed that nobody else was followed or closely watched like us. We made our purchase and left. What I felt was interesting is the layout of the mall. This is a Sephora, in a kohls, in a mall. Where in the hell were we going to grab and dash to that quickly?!

    No wonder why they have bad reviews. My teenager is already costumer of Sephora she loves to buy her skincare there and she was excited to receive her birthday gift set, but the cashier was very rude when we asked her about that. She didn’t want to give it to her. My daughter was very disappointed. I returned what we had bought. Later same day we went to Sephora at Kohls on Elston, no questions asked they gave her her birthday gift set. The employees at Elston were very friendly and helpful.
