- KPKiki PApr 5, 20263.0My highlights and cut were good, but when my hair was shampooed, I never felt so rushed. The shampoo person barely spent any time. She was in a rush to go home. Very disappointing. Have someone else do it if she has to go home. That is part of the service.

I will definitely return to visit Ashanti she was super patient with my daughter from start to finish! Yayyy I love coming to this location.

I asked for a bit of a chunky foil to be sure that it did not wash out again. After being in the chair for over 2 hours and paying $200, my hair looks exactly the same. Throughout the time in the chair i asked her multiple times if she was doing wide enough pieces because her weave looked very fine and sparse to me. I was unable to get back to the salon for a correction in the allotted time, so now i am left having another full price treatment to do what i went to Bella to do in the first place. Side note, i know it can be achieved because Annalise did it multiple times but she was on vacation
