- EWElle W.Mar 15, 20261.0My 15 year old son just came home with the worst haircut in his life! He's been getting haircuts at this place before, but this time his stylist was an older African American lady. He told her exactly what he wanted (they always use number 7 haircut guard for him). Also, there are notes. She started cutting his hair in the back first, and only when she moved to the front he saw that it was way way too short. It was too late at that point. I guess he got away with some hair left because he told her not to cut it too short at the front...still, It is basically a buzz cut. Very short hair, no way it can be 7. Uneven. He is so disappointed! I'm going back there tomorrow to ask for reimbursement. They need to do something about the situation. I see so many bad reviews, all about the same stylist. She should not be allowed to cut people's hair. Apparently it is not a one time mistake.

On my last visit a few days ago I would have asked for Emily but she was not working. Only person on duty was Lindsey. She did a great job cutting my hair and I recommend her highly.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
