Didn’t even get to the layering because when she showed me how short she cut it I made her stop. She had cut off at least 12 inches. My hair was to the bottom of my back, when I walked out it was just passed my shoulders. To say I am extremely mad is an understatement. If you want a salon that listens to your request DO NOT go to Great Clips in Jerseyville Illinois!!!!
