- JCJacqueline CassandraFeb 28, 20261.0Very uneven trim done by Jessica. She also did not go back in and trim pieces you would have missed just cut and done in 5 mins when I had hair down all the way to my lower back. I had 4 inches cut off which imo is more the 4 inches. Very jagged slanted cut with one side longer than the other. I went back in to see about getting it fixed after realizing and it was not fixed. The back is still uneven with longer pieces in the very front so it looks like I have layers but in the back… with longer pieces layering to the front. I did not ask for layers. I’ve emailed pictures to the complaint email. Would not recommend and will not go back again now honestly after thought. The manager did offer to look at it and try to fix it herself but again I do not trust this establishment now and it’s sad because I’d been there quite a few times before from childhood into adulthood and never had an issue. After I get it evened out honestly I will never get it trimmed again by a walk in establishment such as this place and will have a hard time trusting others with my hair.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
