Despite that, the stylist ignored my requests and did whatever she wanted instead. The final result looked nothing like what we discussed and was honestly shocking for a “professional.” She ignored my request, and didn't do what I wanted. What makes this worse is the price. This service was grossly overpriced for the quality and level of care provided. Charging premium prices while failing to listen to your client is ridiculous. I paid way too much to walk out unhappy, embarrassed, and needing my hair fixed elsewhere. I felt dismissed, unheard, and rushed the entire time. There was no accountability, no effort to correct the mistake, and no concern for customer satisfaction. This was a complete waste of time and money. If you value your hair or your wallet, do not come here. I feel embarrassed and sad now. I demand a full refund for the mental damage this awful experience caused me. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
