    I rarely write negative reviews, but the experience I had with Melissa Guzman was bad enough that people should know before they spend their money there. First, Melissa's portion of the salon is filthy. Hair all over the floors, dusty stations, and tools that clearly haven’t been properly cleaned. Basic hygiene should be the bare minimum for a salon, and this place fails spectacularly. Second, the billing practices are shady. Melissa Guzman charged me twice for the same service. Instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake quickly, Melissa acted annoyed that I even brought it up. It feels like it wasn't a mistake. And that brings me to Melissa Guzman's attitude. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with sarcasm and defensiveness. Customer service seems to be the last thing she cares about. Between the lack of cleanliness, questionable billing, and the owner’s behavior, this was easily one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that values cleanliness, honesty, and basic respect for customers.
