- GRGabriela ReddDec 13, 20231.0If I could rate this location a 0 I really would. I went to this location multiple times where I received amazing service. This time I walked in ungreeted and the blonde woman with glasses on her phone. I dismissed it and went on with my shopping as I always buy my moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner here. As soon as I went to check out the blonde woman asked me to show my app rudely. I never had an app and came here a week ago without this problem. The lady in front of me also said she never had this problem either as she seemed frustrated as well. Since I did not have my app I was unable to check out and purchase my items. I will not be going back to this location again.
- GGGiselDec 12, 20231.0The employees there have such nasty attitudes and bad customer service. I came in with my classmates from a cosmetology school, mind it, we're predominantly hispanic and as soon as we came in they started to look at us weirdly, acting as if we didn't know what we we're doing. We needed to open accounts but it didn't seem like they were interested in helping us nor cooperating. They seemed happy to help other customers though.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
