- SEScott E5 days ago3.0Haircut was fine, but being lectured because I referred to a fictitious person as a hippie was more than I was ready for. If I come someplace for a haircut I'm looking for light conversation not to do a verbal version of mortal combat. I believe the stylist took umbrage with my use of the term hippie. She was young and I don't believe she even knows what a hippie is but I think that for some reason she found my use of the term extremely offensive. The term hippie is not considered by most to be a derogatory term. I know because I grew up in the '60s with hippies and was one and never considered the term offensive ever. It's like beatnick, hipster and so-on. Lighten up and try to understand where someone is coming from before you judge them and explode.

- THTashi HawksJan 4, 20262.0I had taken my middle schooler here a few times and it was ok. Today it was terrible. The cut was uneven and choppy and much shorter than he asked for. I paid for it before really looking at his hair, which was a mistake, because they couldn’t refund me. The woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and offered to fix it herself, but he didnt trust her and I don’t blame him. I took him elsewhere to get it fixed. So 2 stars because not every time we went was this bad, and I appreciate how polite the staff I spoke to was. We’re definitely not coming back though.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
