I paid for it before really looking at his hair, which was a mistake, because they couldn’t refund me. The woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and offered to fix it herself, but he didnt trust her and I don’t blame him. I took him elsewhere to get it fixed. So 2 stars because not every time we went was this bad, and I appreciate how polite the staff I spoke to was. We’re definitely not coming back though.
