No towel around the neck, no tissue paper. Didn’t use a spray bottle, sheers, no layers, nothing. Didn’t give me a mirror to see the back. U get what u pay for stay far away from this place! U would think Glenview had some standards. Mgr won’t even refund, quality of a $1.99 haircut.
