- NMNatalie MOct 31, 20251.0Got 6in cutoff by Edward Scissorhands. The store mgr Maria said she would refund but lied. The “stylist” cut without a cape leaving 6in of dry hair down my back. No towel around the neck, no tissue paper. Didn’t use a spray bottle, sheers, no layers, nothing. Didn’t give me a mirror to see the back. U get what u pay for stay far away from this place! U would think Glenview had some standards. Mgr won’t even refund, quality of a $1.99 haircut.

The woman doesn’t listen what customer tells her and go ahead do whatever she feels to do. She even comments that my hair grows unevenly on sides. Also her attitude is horrible and demand me to leave the store afterwards. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE or you will be treated like if you were on an assembly line.
