I highly recommend the Wheaton location theyre super professional but I scheduled an early morning appointment for an hour session and the stylist did not know how to do the style and the appointment went way over time. I’m happy they let me walk out because I would’ve been late for my event and had to figure out how to do the hair myself. It took 1.5hrs of my time till I realized that I needed to go home and do it all myself. upset that this happened on such a special day :/ don’t risk doing special occasion appointments at this location. I even submitted my style in the notes when I made my appointment and warned her I had a lot of hair and not to wash it. I think her name was Kayley or Karen. I highly recommend haircuts here but definitely not special occasions hair
