  Lidia did a pedicure and dipping manicure. She is awesome. I love that she is so conscientious and really cares about your experience!

  Expensive and do not listen to what I was looking for, too late now. Cut longer and adjust not shorter and oh it will grow

  I had Payton as my stylist, I am a stylist as well and know the importance of a consultation He listened to my preference to still wear my hair up while still layering with volume He was friendly, gentle and took his time Payton did a Wonderful Job!!

  I just went past the mirror and thought, yep it's time for highlights. Then I thought about my last trip and the way I was treated by the woman who did my haircut. First I want to say Pam does an incredible job every time. It doesn't take long for my color and they always schedule the appointment times to far apart. I'm not wanting to sit around with a wet head for an hour. Well, the last time I was put with a stylist I have never had, I think her name is Tara. I was done with my color and waited for my stylist. Let me tell you, she was incredibly rude. Looked at her watch, commented she didn't know if she could fit me in. Now mind you I called to make my appointment just to make sure they knew my hair doesn't take long to process, but was disconnected. So I went the preferred route and made my appointment on line. So she did "squeeze me in" but the thing is, she was obviously wasn't having it. When she asked me what I wanted, I said just a cleanup, a trim. She gave me the nastiest response, said how am I supposed to know what you want cleaned up? I was so taken back. When she finished her very rushed haircut, the blowout was rough, and my cleanup came with a whole new set of layers. My dilemma is if I go back to Pam and op out of a haircut, they won't dry my hair?? That's unacceptable for the price I am paying. I'm feeling like maybe I will try a new place altogether which is too bad because I have coming for years. I should have gave a review earlier, but after my last experience when I started thinking I need highlights, it made me think twice.
