  Where I’m from the Sephora stores ( based in kohls) are already rough. They usually don't have anything that I’m looking for, staff hardly ever acknowledges you, it’s just not a nice experience for the prices they are charging. That being said I decided to make a day trip and head to Geneva and that was easily the best decision. They offered so much variety, everyone was kind and greeted me and offered assistance. They all gave me honest reviews and feedback for what I needed and was looking for or alternative product recommendations. I would say Erin stood out the most though, she was so kind and attentive to detail and she truly made it an amazing shopping experience. I will def be back!

  I have been a faithful customer of the Sephora in Geneva, IL since they opened. Unfortunately, the store has become messy and cluttered. The sales persons walk right past you, not asking if you need assistance. They are often seen applying their makeup in the mirrors rather than picking up the makeup stations. The testers are all yucky from people testing and the staff not keeping those areas clean. I am increasingly disappointed in this location so I only shop online now.
