  I just went past the mirror and thought, yep it's time for highlights. Then I thought about my last trip and the way I was treated by the woman who did my haircut. First I want to say Pam does an incredible job every time. It doesn't take long for my color and they always schedule the appointment times to far apart. I'm not wanting to sit around with a wet head for an hour. Well, the last time I was put with a stylist I have never had, I think her name is Tara. I was done with my color and waited for my stylist. Let me tell you, she was incredibly rude. Looked at her watch, commented she didn't know if she could fit me in. Now mind you I called to make my appointment just to make sure they knew my hair doesn't take long to process, but was disconnected. So I went the preferred route and made my appointment on line. So she did "squeeze me in" but the thing is, she was obviously wasn't having it. When she asked me what I wanted, I said just a cleanup, a trim. She gave me the nastiest response, said how am I supposed to know what you want cleaned up? I was so taken back. When she finished her very rushed haircut, the blowout was rough, and my cleanup came with a whole new set of layers. My dilemma is if I go back to Pam and op out of a haircut, they won't dry my hair?? That's unacceptable for the price I am paying. I'm feeling like maybe I will try a new place altogether which is too bad because I have coming for years. I should have gave a review earlier, but after my last experience when I started thinking I need highlights, it made me think twice.

  I feel so bad writing this review because Pam is so sweet but truly did a terrible job with my hair. The first picture is what I asked for, the second is what I received the first time, and the third is what I came back and had it “fixed”. I can’t believe my hair looks like this, idk how to fix it. So disappointing.

  I love this salon and have been a loyal customer for nearly two decades. I travel about an hour for each visit and have worked with several colorists and stylists, all of whom have been fantastic. However, the recent price increases ovet the past few years are getting to be outrageous. While I understand that inflation and tariffs affect costs, a hike of 120% or more is excessive. As much as I value my long-standing relationship with this salon, I feel I must look for a more reasonably priced option. I’m sure I’m not the only patron who feels this way.

  Luna is amazing with brows and her facials are so relaxing leaving my skin glowing! Tara does my hair extensions and they are so beautiful and blended.

  I love this salon!! I started by meeting the general manager who introduced me to the salon and services. I had Rosa for my nails who took the time to help me find the perfect color for a wedding. The relaxation I found was exceptional. My overall service exceeded my expectations, I can’t wait to go back!
