You are marked as #1 and #2 on the customer waitlist and they take a walk in before you…..making our 3 year old wait another 10 min when our other child’s hair cut was already completed. I know 10 min isn’t a long time but for a 3 year old that’s a life time….same for the parent. Don’t use that system if you aren’t going to follow it.

Luckily my son had a picture. It was an easy request, short and clean in the back and leave the front long. My son was in tears when we got to the car. The front was so short. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the worst part. This lady cut one side burn above the ear and the other side below the ear. WTH?!? SERIOUSLY?!?! Needless to say we will never be back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
