Luckily my son had a picture. It was an easy request, short and clean in the back and leave the front long. My son was in tears when we got to the car. The front was so short. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the worst part. This lady cut one side burn above the ear and the other side below the ear. WTH?!? SERIOUSLY?!?! Needless to say we will never be back.

But I somehow got stuck with this lady 2 times and both times she was in a bad mood. The first time she blended my hair cut when I asked for a disconnect and said it looked better. Then the second time, (more recent since my barber had to close) she cut my hair and it did not look good and then on top of it I have been having infected hairs. I have never once in my life had such a bad experience. I don't know if it was because she had bad clippers or if they were not clean. I have been dealing with this nightmare for a couple days now and I am not happy. I am giving 3 stars to benefit the other employees that actually care.

So rather than letting customers know on the app and not allowing them to check in, they kept everything online and had me drive 30+ mins in a snow storm. I got here and a paper was taped to the window saying they closed 15 minutes prior to me arriving. Pretty crappy to be completely honest giving the illusion that they are accepting customers and have them drive in a snow storm just to close shop early.
