I was so disappointed in one lady and complained and got a discount on my next visit. I prefer a wet cut and they all don't match up. If I can't chose the person I want I won't be back. Don't like that policy!

You can't even tell who the stylists are. They need to have something covering them asap. Stocks are apart of the job.
- 222343Feb 9, 20265.0Walked in and was greeted and serviced immediately. Ryan found my profile, I showed her 2 pics and she got it absolutely correct! This is my 2nd time with Ryan and she understood I wanted the bulk and weight removed from my pixie. My haircut is SO fly, I could wear it out as is. I did go in freshly washed and wrapped from earlier this morning which makes a huge difference. Point cutting skills are on point! I need to make sure I get regularly scheduled cuts from now on. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
