This is my 2nd time with Ryan and she understood I wanted the bulk and weight removed from my pixie. My haircut is SO fly, I could wear it out as is. I did go in freshly washed and wrapped from earlier this morning which makes a huge difference. Point cutting skills are on point! I need to make sure I get regularly scheduled cuts from now on. I am a frequent customer, and I will never proclaim that the customer is always right, however, we are always the customer. Now sending this to customer service when someone is not giving you 5 stars, is an escape plan. It seems to me that it is an easy answer. Sending a customer away, because they didn’t give 5 stars is somewhat of a cop out. Can I get a straight answer without the run around. Thank you! Initial: I give five stars to all the barbers that I’ve been exposed to at the Flossmoor location. However, my question is, why are the representations of the photos on the wall predominantly white males, as an African-American and other African-American males and females, Our money spends the same or DOES it? There is one foto of a black male tucked away in the back. And no black women PERIOD. Come on Great Clips, you can do better. Thanks great barbers for your professionalism.
