Sending a customer away, because they didn’t give 5 stars is somewhat of a cop out. Can I get a straight answer without the run around. Thank you! Initial: I give five stars to all the barbers that I’ve been exposed to at the Flossmoor location. However, my question is, why are the representations of the photos on the wall predominantly white males, as an African-American and other African-American males and females, Our money spends the same or DOES it? There is one foto of a black male tucked away in the back. And no black women PERIOD. Come on Great Clips, you can do better. Thanks great barbers for your professionalism.
