- MMMskimmeltreneseAug 26, 20251.0My daughter and I were in a good mood until we walked in this place. Two elderly women working, no one on the register. Saw us standing there, but one woman went to help someone else, and was falling all over stuff, in the process, and the other woman thought taking boxes to another location, was more important. Spent about 15 minutes waiting to be checked out. Were not greeted, or asked if we needed help finding anything.

It’s been a total of 4 times that we’ve made a trip here straight from work in our uniforms and I’m unsure if we’re being stereotyped because of that each time by the same older lady as if we’re stealing. Her first approach would always be to ask us if we need help with anything and my reply would be I think we’re ok, we know exactly what we came for, but to be watched each time is very uncomfortable. This last time I was on a FaceTime call and I stated to the person over the phone as we were walking in to watch because I knew it was coming and sure enough BAM the same lady. So this time I walked over to her and politely asked 3x for help and was ignored until I literally had to force her eye contact and her reply its self was rude. At that point I was just over it, I changed my mind at that point on even purchasing anything and logged on to Amazon and made my purchase. To be treated like a theft when I’m far from that is not a good feeling and my daughter doesn’t deserve to be treat like one as well. I don’t know if I will ever shop here again.
