    I had an exceptional experience working with Hannah at Sephora. She went far beyond standard customer service and demonstrated the kind of initiative, problem-solving ability, and follow-through that you rarely encounter in retail. I was searching for a specific fragrance that was out of stock at her location. Instead of simply apologizing and moving on, Hannah proactively tracked the item down at another store, coordinated the logistics, and personally ensured it was arranged for delivery directly to my home. She took full ownership of the situation from start to finish. What impressed me most was her ability to: Navigate cross-location inventory systems efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally Anticipate potential issues and resolve them before they became problems Deliver a seamless, concierge-level experience Hannah represents the kind of high-performance talent companies try to recruit and retain. She protects revenue, builds brand loyalty, and turns potential lost sales into long-term customer relationships. Her professionalism, initiative, and execution reflect leadership-level capability. She would excel in roles involving luxury sales, brand management, account coordination, client experience strategy, or regional leadership.     Whoever was working on December 31, 2025 has absolutely no customer service skills. The girl needs to be fired. I watched her refuse to help 2 little girls and blatantly ignore them. Shame on her and I hope shes reprimanded.

    Rude staff, especially an older lady I believe named Marie. She didn’t try to help us look for a product, and once she rung us up she had snarky comments towards us
