- MWMike W.5 days ago1.0This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I have called ahead of time each time and no matter what, there is always some BS. For example, one time I had an appointments for 90 minute massage only to arrive and be told mid massage... Literally, during the massage that the massage will have to be cut short to a 60 minute massage, because they were tired. Reminder, I called a head of time and it took me almost an hour to travel to this location. In addition, no matter what service, the masseuse always runs in and out of the room, ad nauseam, to attend to other matters. Beyond ridiculous. I have tried the weekends, and week days, it doesn't matter, it's same unprofessionalism. There are countless other massage establishments in Chicago, after giving this place at least five opportunities to get it right, I will NEVER return to this establishment again.

And the ladies definitely knew what they were doing. From our scalp to our feet the massage was perfect. If you are looking for a nice couples experience definitely visit Dolce massage spa. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
