  I got a full body massage from a new massage therapist named Kim. Miss Kim is by no means a new masseuse, just new to Dolce. She is very experienced and incorporated her knowledge of Chinese, Thai and Japanese styles. She asked me about my injury and medical history prior to starting. She checked in frequently to ensure I was not in pain and if I liked the pressure she was using. She ended the session by asking me if I had any questions and gave me advice on improving posture and avoiding workplace injuries by using proper technique (I am a nurse with a physical job). Strongly recommend her service and will be returning to see her for another session soon.

  I made an appointment for 12pm on my only free day of the week for a massage. Got an email saying that they moved the my appointment to 12.30 in the evening. I said okay- a little annoyed- and got there right on time. There was only one employee working and she came from the back in a rush- i am guessing mid treatment of another client. She said that i had to wait 10-15 more mins because the other client came in late. Mind you that would make a 45 mins schedule change for my ONLY free day. I had to leave and couldn't try their services unfortunately, so i can not comment on that. I am sure they are lovely, i just expect respect for my time as a client, as i do not have much free time to begin with. If someone is late, it is their problem, they should get a shorter treatment imo. But well, things happen i guess.

  I highly recommend Taty, an excellent massage therapist. From the very first moment, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is professional, attentive, and has a very calming energy. Her technique is outstanding — she knows exactly how to target tension areas and adjusts the pressure according to your needs. You can truly tell she cares about her clients’ well-being. The spa environment is clean, peaceful, and very welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. After every session with Taty, I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. I definitely recommend her 100%. If you’re looking for a truly effective and professional massage, Taty is the best choice.

  Highly recommend. A little disorganized administratively, but it got worked out. The computers weren’t working for the appointments and one massage therapist seemed confused, but Kim got everything fixed. My friend recommended Kim so I was looking to see her in the first place. She wasn’t supposed to work today but came in to cover someone so it all worked out! Would definitely recommend booking with Kim specifically!

  Just got a deep tissue massage with Kim and it had to be the best massage of my life. She was so knowledgeable, and really tailored the appointment to my needs. She went above and beyond with her expertise, adding Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology techniques to an already comprehensive 90min session. She fully relieved the neck and shoulder tension that’s been bothering for years, something previous massages have never achieved before! WELL worth the price, and close to CTA & Metro stops. Dolce Spa is my favorite Evanston hidden gem that I recommend to all of my friends, and I will be going to back to see Kim specifically for sure.
