  Went on yesterday morning to use my birthday gift card, tested out some perfumes finally found something I liked after 30 minutes. Went to register gave this man with red and black hair my gift card then he tells me he scratched off the first two numbers and their nothing the can do I would have to go to another Sephora. Mind you this one in Elmhurst is the closest and convenient to my house.Later that night I go back explain my problem to this young girl named Michelle she says the say thing as the man. I ask to speak to a manager she says there’s no manager I would have to come back tomorrow. She had a nasty attitude very dry. I say ok what’s the managers name so I know who to look for. She doesn’t know any of the managers names there’s so many. I say ok can you give me the mans name from this morning. She lied to my face she said she didn’t know his name then came back and said she knows it but just doesn’t feel comfortable giving out. Overall it was an unpleasant experience wouldn’t go back.

  This review is for the young woman (blonde in black crocs- I forgot your name) I worked with on 2/12/25.). I bought a Fenty concealer last week that was mismatched to the tester, which I returned with no problem and found a replacement. Same thing happened to the Huda concealer I chose as a replacement. The young lady I worked with today color matched me again, this time flawlessly. I held my breath when I got home worried it would be a mismatch but this is hands down the best concealer color match I have ever had! Secondly, she was able to match me to the Saie bronzer/contour. She showed me how to apply it, what brush to use, and helped pick a color that would work with my tone. Super happy with the outcome.
