In fact, she said “I think I know what we want to do” when we started. I should’ve trusted my gut right then that she would ruin his hair. We requested a trim of curly hair and tapered sides, while asking she leave the top length alone except to give the hair a short trim for health. She chopped it all from a beautiful head of curly hair to a short straight cut. Curls lost. Disastrous. Never again. STYLIST TIP: If you can’t do it, say so and pass it on to someone who can, or at least ask questions and explain what you’ll need to do so people know before they’re looking at all their hair on the ground.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
