  I will NEVER be coming back here again. I have been going to multiple great clips to get my bangs trimmed for probably the last six or seven years. I happen to be in the area this particular day and really needed one, so I stopped there. HORRIBLE. in all the times I have gotten my bangs trimmed, I have never had it be anything less than 10 to 15 minutes in the chair. The stylist did not even tell me her name and only asked what I wanted briefly before taking scissors to my bangs. I was very specific in my approach of what I wanted and informed her of this, but she was done within two Scissor strokes and then tried to put her stuff away. I was appalled. She didn’t ask me any more questions. I then told her she needed to trim the face framing pieces too, as those are part of the bangs, and she said, “oh, I didn’t even notice those!” I’m sorry, but they’re plain as day blended in well with the bangs and are part of that. At minimum, she could’ve asked. She very much presented like she didn’t know anything about cutting hair correctly and I was so angry I paid and left. I will NEVER come back to this location. I understand people have to start somewhere, but I have had my hair butchered so many times and this did not help!

  THE WORST bang trim ive ever had in my LIFE. Some girl with black hair started on my bangs and acted like she had never cut hair before, my bangs were completely uneven after asking multiple times to fix it, i ended up giving up trying to ask. Seriously the worst place.

  This place is a revolving door of students fresh out of school who have no idea what they are doing. I've been coming here off and on for a couple of years. You have about a 10% chance that you get someone who has any idea how to cut hair. Usually it's if the manager cuts it. Otherwise it's just a bunch of 20 yr old girls who can't cut hair and won't ask for help when they should. Set your expectations as low as possible before going here.

  My hairstylist was awful. I think it might have been her first time holding a scissors. I went in for a trim, nothing else, plain and simple - in the past it has always been a 10 minute cut and I was done. I sat in the chair for over an hour! For a trim! I had to ask for another stylist to come fix my hair 3 times!! It wasn’t straight across the bottom and it kept getting shorter and shorter because she kept messing it up. I understand people have to learn, but she DOES NOT need to be on her own cutting peoples hair. I now have to go to another salon to fix the awful haircut. I will never go back to great clips again. Horrible experience. I’m very disappointed that you are letting this girl cut hair, who seems to have zero experience or training whatsoever.

  I Got my haircut this morning and had to come home and shave my head because it was so chopped up and I even had bald spots behind my ears... Will definitely not be back...
