  Kohl’s was fine overall. The service was alright, nothing special but nothing bad either. The Sephora inside Kohl’s was about the same; decent experience, just average across the board.

  I love all Sephoras. Who doesn’t. But I have to admit, every Sephora inside a kohls seems to be struggling. Very little staff, always busy off talking or just straight up ignoring people. Slim pickings on items and brands. And there is always piles of stuff and shelves piled with stuff yet to be put away. If they can’t do it alone they should be hiring more staff. It’s just gone really down hill. Went in for 4 things. They only had 1 of them. Not the size I wanted it in. And a lot of the shelves of items they actually carried were stripped bare. There were no actual products in large spots of the store. The girl who did ring me out and helped me with my perfume was very nice. I felt bad for her. She was doing her job but the other wasn’t and it caused the store to look a whole mess. ☹️
