Natalie has always been my stylist and she does a great job every time. The online check in process is very simple, and by the time I arrive at the salon I barely have to wait before Natalie is ready. The rest of the staff is also fantastic and friendly. They’ve always provided my family a great experience, so we will continue returning to this location.

I work 7 days a week so when I get time off is when I go. I tried to check in online with no success. I called the location to check in over the phone and was told they can't do that. I then figured out how to check in via my phone since the laptop wasn't working. Success , but when I got to the place I was nowhere to be found so re-ck in with some lady who barely spoke or understood english. Instead of next for Natalie who was my current hair lady now I am at bottom of list. Natalie comes up after finishing her client and said she had to take this guy and it would be 20 mins for her, but she then finished and instead of taking me I was lied too and skipped again. I had been there way too long and I refused to be screwed over again I left the place and will never be back. My family who also went there will never be returning as well. I recommend others to avoid this place. Staff don't care to make things right when their systems in place don't work right. So stupid.and sad.
