- SMSamra MirzaJul 26, 20251.0I hate to write this review, but I decided that I should share this experience, so that other kids are not treated like this. I took my daughter today for a haircut. There was this brown lady who was very quick to assist us and get us seated in the chair. When she started detangling my daughter's hair, I noticed that she was being very rough and her hair wear being uprooted by the force she was using to detangle . As a parent, I offered her if she wanted me to detangle my daughter's hair, she said no she's OK. I saw that my daughter was in pain with the force she was using to detangle hair. When I asked the lady to be gentle, she got so agitated and stopped brushing her hair and said, " so are you going to teach me how to do a haircut ? " I said , " I'm not going to teach you how to do a haircut, but I would like you to be gentle with my daughter" so she said " well! she's not a baby. I'm not going to be gentle with her " and she slammed her comb and walked away. There were other two ladies who were very kind enough and offered help to my daughter. I am very thankful to Tiffany And the other lady who rescued us from that situation and tried to resolve it. I hope management does something to handle such bad customer service. I was surprised how she lost her composure within 30 seconds and decided to drop the comb. If you are reading this review, ma'am, please be kind to others. Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't mean that you pull somebody's hair so roughly and hurt them physically. People trust you with their hair and you cannot physically hurt them.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
