She cut it at least 5 inches shorter than she was supposed to and completely chopped my hair off in weird uneven chucks. I had to return to get it fixed by the manger and even then I still have to wear my hair pinned up because it looks horrible fully down now. When I returned to get it fixed & get my money back I was told I shouldn’t have been charged originally because I donated my hair and the manger was shocked at how bad the haircut was. Also said another person called back and complained about their haircut from INDER and had to come back to get it fixed. Really concerning why they have somebody there like that if multiple people have had horrible experiences. It has been a while and I am still dealing with my hair issues from this cut & can’t do anything till my hair grows more. Such a sad experience and I urge people to go with a different stylist or a different establishment.
