    This store is big and often has many employee walking around, sometimes offer assistance but I have started to dislike coming to this location. As I have been replacing my old foundations, I had made multiple trips to get foundation shade match and on one occasion the sales associate just couldn’t be bothered…she kept forcing her opinion about a shade, even though I had shade match at another Sephora location and recommendations from Sephora app. At first, she kept saying the app is pretty accurate and then when I requested to apply it, she kept passive aggressively suggested to try darker shade even though it looked darker and awful. I got a sample of a shade I didn’t like at all as the associate thought it looked better. Then she takes off, chats with another associate even though I flagged her down to shade match another foundation…she “suggests” me to pick another darker shade and then takes off and doesn’t return while I waited. Very frustrating and awful experience for past few months, too bad Demetrius doesn’t work at this store anymore as he was one of the best sales associate! Definitely, will not be returning to this location and maybe to Sephora again.

    I was told a different “return by” date for holiday purchases by this store, and since this Sephora closes early, I had to go to a different Sephora that would not honor the return. Customer service tried to help me but the other store would not assist. Sephora seems to have really poor customer service nowadays.
