  I had a haircut and blowout done by Jerry and he did such a beautiful job! He recommended adding keratin for my frizzy hair and it made such a difference! He is incredibly friendly and I definitely will be returning to him!

  If I could give a ZERO I would! I booked an appointment for cut, color and style. My color appt was with Devorah, who literally judged me from the moment she looked at me. She gave me elevator eyes and the fakest “Hi” I’ve ever been greeted with. She barely made any conversation with me besides what I want, she didn’t even bother making recommendations for color or anything. She literally came out and slapped the hair dye on my head in like 5mins and walked away. Then I was sent to Jerry for my cut or should I say CHOP JOB! This man literally chopped up my long thick hair and I’m literally walking around with an uneven haircut and chopped up layers that don’t even flow evenly. The absolute ugliest haircut I’ve ever had! Jerry also barely made any attempt to converse with me and actually understand what type of cut I want. I even asked for some thinning bcs my hair is so thick and he completely ignored my request. Instead he did a rushed job by just chopping off uneven layers of my hair! He even admitted he needed more time with my hair afterwards when I was checking out. Could someone please explain to me if Jerry saw that I have thick hair, and needed more time why did he not take the time or advise me prior to my services? This place is a joke! They do not have experienced stylists or colorists! I’ve had beauty school students do a better job on my hair, along with good customer service. I literally paid $300 to have my hair ruined! I could’ve done a better job myself by slapping on some box dye on my head, and got a way better haircut anywhere else!! Stay away from this place if you have any sort of thick or textured hair. These people have absolutely zero experience other than with people with thin short hair! You need to train your stylists/colorists on customer service, communication and actual SKILLS!
