- HHH HApr 5, 20261.0I was a big fan of this location. My daughter and I always go there to shop for perfume or makeup. However, my experience yesterday with one of the managers, who answered my phone call very rudely and with a bad attitude, was disappointing. I simply asked if she could tell me the specific person I previously worked with and whether she was working today in the Gucci department. Her reply was to ask if I have her cell phone number and then tell me to call her directly to find out if she’s working today, which I found very strange. As a customer, I don’t have anyone’s cell phone number from that location or any other— I was very disappointed to hear that. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I had to hang up. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope no one else has to go through the same.
