They would Not honor.And they wanted me to purchase another 90 min minus 20% discount. They wanted to collect money 2x and my sister has purchased many for holidays and birthdays every year. They don’t care. So if this happens to you , here’s the IL law ( you can look up complete IL Law for gift certificate and full refund. +6 In Illinois, a small business cannot refuse to honor a gift certificate solely because of an expiration date. Illinois law generally prohibits expiration dates on gift certificates and cards issued by a single merchant for their goods or services. Illinois Gift Certificate Law No Expiration Dates: As of January 1, 2008, gift certificates and gift cards sold by a single merchant in Illinois cannot have an expiration date or charge inactivity/dormancy fees. Federal Law: Federal law also mandates a minimum five-year expiration period for gift cards from the date of activation, which applies nationwide. Illinois law offers even stronger protection by effectively banning expiration dates altogether for single-merchant cards.

They have had some outstanding massage therapists but lately the location is showing its age, the massage therapist are like a revolving doo,r only there for about 6 to 8 months and my last visit I was verbally pushed, shamed, into trying raising my tip from 30 to 40 % to 50%. I went to another local Cozy Foot location today, received an equal or better massage and 30% tip was greatly appreciated. Sorry but this location is off my list.

It felt like she never went to massage school. She was kinda jumping from one area to another and just gliding. It was the most horrible massage I ever had. And the woman at the front desk was fishing for more tips, how rude.
