They have had some outstanding massage therapists but lately the location is showing its age, the massage therapist are like a revolving doo,r only there for about 6 to 8 months and my last visit I was verbally pushed, shamed, into trying raising my tip from 30 to 40 % to 50%. I went to another local Cozy Foot location today, received an equal or better massage and 30% tip was greatly appreciated. Sorry but this location is off my list.

It felt like she never went to massage school. She was kinda jumping from one area to another and just gliding. It was the most horrible massage I ever had. And the woman at the front desk was fishing for more tips, how rude.
