I stopped in a few weeks ago around 6:40pm and got the regular person I always get and she doesn't even make eye contact, looks at her watch, and then sits me down. It was obvious she "in a mood" and I thought maybe I messed up and came on a few minutes before closing time so I asked "you guys do close at 7:30, right" and she said "yep". Again, zero eye contact, she jabbed me in the ear with a clipper guard and it really hurt and I'm not joking she had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. For the next few days I kept seeing parts of my hair that were not clipped properly and she didn't even go around my ears with the trimmers so I had to use my beard trimmers to clean up around my ears. I understand people have bad days but she's been the girl I've been seeing for a couple years and literally treated me like I ruined her life or something. $21 dollars plus a tip just to be treated like crap for 5 minutes and then spend the next few days cleaning up my bad haircut. I understand this isn't some high dollar salon but basic human decency and a fair haircut for the price isn't too much to ask for. Again, I been seeing her for years and going to that location as long but I'm done tipping a disgruntled employee doesn't even do a decent job when she's in a bad mood that has nothing to do with me
