  I recently visited for the first time and wanted to share how pleased I was with my experience. I booked an appointment with Kyle based on a friend’s recommendation, and he was fantastic. I showed him reference photos, and he quickly understood and executed the look beautifully. I especially appreciated his attention to detail and his professional knowledge. As someone who enjoys a quiet experience, I also valued his soft spoken nature. Very kind and accommodating. The salon is beautiful, and I look forward to returning.

  I’m only giving 2 stars but the woman who did my eyebrows did a fantastic job. I have a regular place in CL that I go to - but I got a gift card for my birthday to Tricoci so it was worth trying something new. I will definitely not be coming back. The lady who cut my hair did not listen to my wishes at all. Specifically my bangs. I told her and emphasized and over explained - I like my bangs long. I like them to be able to pull back into a ponytail and just to frame my face. I don’t like actual short bangs. I know my hair, I don’t want the work to have to style it - so I would never ask for it. What does this lady do? JUST CHOPPED. I was so shocked, I felt frozen in the chair. What was I supposed to say? Put my hair back on? Look at these pictures. This is a style of someone saying they WANT bangs. When it comes to cutting hair, if your client is saying they want a specific length, isn’t it better to cut less and ask the client if they want more off before chopping???? You would think so - but not here. She was happy with those scissors…. Now I have to part my hair exactly where it’s cut because of how short these bangs are. I might need to go to my regular place and ask them to fix these - I don’t know what they can do, maybe blend these better…. Or I just have to wait for my hair to grow. $100 for a haircut doesn’t mean quality. Just saying. Once a place loses your trust in the chair, it’s hard to trust anyone there. I will not be coming back.

  I went in about a week ago for a massage by Megan. I’ve been to this location before and I’ve had a massage by other people, but it seemed like everyone was booked so I went with what was available. My massage was supposed to be at 9:30 AM, I was in a little waiting area until 9:33, Which would not be a big deal to me at all except when we got to the room for my massage Megan Spent another 5 to 6 minutes, making small talk with me not just about the massage but in general about my family, etc. So all in all my massage Did not begin until at least 9:40-9:42. I signed up for the seasonal massage which is supposed to be really relaxing, and I did say light pressure. That being said, I am recently postpartum and I know I have knots and my body is full of stress. However, Megan Was using hard pressure to the point where I felt a popping in my left shoulder. She did ask me what areas I wanted to focus on I actually said my calf muscles But she spent more time on my back and on my neck and shoulders. The The same day and into the next few days, I was so sore. My idea of getting a relaxing postpartum massage totally went the opposite direction and I felt like I was beat up. There is a time in a place for a deep tissue massage and I think Megan would be great, However, I wanted a light pressure, relaxing massage and that is absolutely not what I got. I also was finished and paying for my massage by 10:25. So after starting late, my massage was definitely cut short. All in all very disappointed and still currently in pain a few days later.
