There were two employees chatting with each other while customers, including myself, waited in line. It wasn’t until another customer approached them that they acknowledged us. The employee who eventually helped me an older woman with thick eyebrows did not greet me or respond when I said hello twice. She came off as completely unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service skills. The overall experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

- MCMock CurryApr 4, 20231.0I Tried to return a purchase from Sephora with a Sephora receipt and they would NOT take the return. It was clearly their products and they even acknowledged it. The return policy should be CLEARLY stated on the receipts. AFTER HUNTING through their SITE and through countless "IF Buts"!!!!!!!! The CORPORATE policy states that you can return products within 60 days of purchase for any reason. It DOES NOT STIPULATE YOU MUST FIND a SEPHORA INDEPENDENT STORE OF KOHL's. It simply states you should return items purchased in KoHL's to a KoHl's--> not the OPPOSITE. It is left up to arbitrary interpretation and NOT CLEARLY STATED. Here is a clue-->>If you buy from a Sephora independent store it must be return to an independent store--PUT IT on the Receipts and under the KOHLS SECTIONS TOOO. Called corporate and they said, "Hmmm we CoULd consider updating it on our website". This is clearly violating the trust of the customer and consumer rights, not to mention driving all around town. :(
