  What's the young lady who helped me find a good product for myself was just so sweet and kind. I wasn't sure about the product so she gave me a little sample. After using the sample two times, I went right back and bought the product!

  I went in to return an item and had a disappointing experience. There were two employees chatting with each other while customers, including myself, waited in line. It wasn’t until another customer approached them that they acknowledged us. The employee who eventually helped me an older woman with thick eyebrows did not greet me or respond when I said hello twice. She came off as completely unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service skills. The overall experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
