But loss prevention was watching me every isle I was in . He shoulda asked helped me find a foundation shade too . I wish I didn’t need my things as soon as I did because I would have much rather felt better spending my money somewhere more helpful .

Great customer service! I definitely had a great experience shopping at this Sephora and I will be returning whenever I need to stock up on my makeup.

My husband came for a Christmas gift for me, showed the staff member exactly what perfume he needed. He of course was given the wrong item and did not notice until I opened my gift. A few days after around 27th I came in to exchange for the correct one and still on time for the 20% discount. They were out of stock, Sephora member told me that I was going to end up in the same situation at every other Sephora I went to because I asked her to check where it was available for me to go. She recommended and assured me to come back the week of the 8th when the next shipment arrived to be in stock and I would still receive the 20% off although the sale would be over. Now I come and it was nothing but problems and playing the blame game on a kohls member that was trying to help the lone Sephora staff member with a full store, line of clients with purchases and returns. The 2 visits I’ve had in this store have both been awful. No help, felt rushed to get out, unprofessional. Manager hides behind the monitor and won’t even give you the face just a straight no. And in smaller words they were accusing me of lying. So I said if they wanted me to come back when that person was back. They just said no sorry. These people need to get their rules straight and make things right to clients. This is not ok. Super poor management and customer service.
