Upon arrival, we asked if we needed to sign in, and the stylist, who was sitting on her phone, responded with, "Have a seat, I'll sign you in when I’m ready." At the time, there were no other customers in the salon, and we were left waiting without any indication of when we would be assisted. As paying customers, we expected a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness. Customer service is a key part of the experience, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet our expectations. Based on this experience, we have decided not to return to this location. I hope this feedback will help improve the level of service provided to future customers.
